I want to begin this post asking you a question: How often do you get out of your comfort zone? How often do you challenge yourself to do something that feels to you unsafe just because you don’t have the confidence that it takes to do it?
Begin small. You don’t have to do something completely different from what you are used to. Try small, and try adding everyday something more. Keep those actions as a small victories that allow you to grow little by little.
It’s easier said than done. It sounds simple but it is not easy. You may fail sometimes. You may win sometimes. But the essence of this is that you are active and ready for the challenges of your life.
Tomorrow is late. How many times you have decided to do something, and then said that you will begin to do it tomorrow? Don’t do that. If you decide to do it, you have to do it now today because tomorrows never end.

Daily Prompt: Safety First
I’ve been lazy lately. I didn’t write a post for some time, so this weeks challenge was just what I needed to get on track. I was really, really busy at work and I hardly had time for myself. What bothers me the most is that I didn’t make time for my workouts and for my blog. I’m taking a challenge to post everyday for one week.
Most of the time the reason I do not write is because the lack of time. But then I think that everyone should find some time to do what they want. But getting things done is always easier sad than done.
So without excuses I will write a post daily for a week and we’ll see how it goes.
Go ahead just do it!
Many fine things can be done in a day if you don’t always make that day tomorrow!
I try to manage things day by day to get things done. It’s part of everyday life. Often all we do is urgent tasks one after another and we do not get time to do the things that are more important for reaching our goals. How many times have you said “I will do this tomorrow”, “I will do that tomorrow” just to find yourself always doing that thing… tomorrow? And tomorrows never end.
What is one thing that you would do if you have enough time? Would that had impact on your improvement in life? Once you define the thing that you want to do, try doing it. Try it today, not tomorrow. Today is when the things are done. Saying “I will do it tomorrow” will never get things done. So do the first thing first, and let go of urgent things that are urgent but not important, to find the time to do the things that are important but not urgent. Most of the time doing those things will get us fulfilling our purpose.
